What you probably want to know

How can this be free?

Because we earn our money from software. Receiving, verifying, publishing and replying to reviews costs nothing and will keep costing nothing. If you want to automate invitations, connect your webshop, let AI draft your replies or work with a team, you take a paid plan. So the free plan is not a trial version but a permanent base layer.

Is there a limit on the number of reviews?

No. Unlimited receiving and publishing, on every plan. One nuance: if you have the platform send SMS or WhatsApp on your behalf, we pass on those sending costs transparently. Inviting through your own email, a link or a QR code stays free.

Are the reviews verified?

Yes, where there is evidence. A review becomes verified once the order or the personal invitation link is confirmed. That status hangs on the evidence and not on your plan: you get it on the free plan too, and an expensive plan does not buy it.

Can I switch from another platform?

Yes. Where legally permitted we import your existing reviews from a CSV file or your current provider's API, with dates and customer names intact. Your average score does not start over at zero.

Can I upgrade later, or move back down?

Yes, month to month. There is no twelve-month contract and no notice period. Cancel a paid plan and you fall back to the free plan. Your page, your reviews and your score all stay put.

What happens to a negative review?

It stays up. You can reply in public and reach out to the customer directly. Only reviews that break the review policy are removed. That covers threats, discrimination, privacy violations and demonstrable fraud. Removal happens, with a stated reason and the option to appeal.
