Why we ask for these details

Reviews are only worth something if the companies behind them really exist. That is why we check every registration before a score goes public.

  • Trade register

    Your registration and VAT number let us check that the company exists and that the name and address match.

  • Your own domain

    An email address on the domain of your shop shows that you actually work there.

  • Ownership

    Only someone who is authorised can claim and manage a company page. Every change after that is logged.

Paying changes none of this. A paid plan buys no better verification status, no higher score and no priority in moderation.

Questions about signing up

Is Free really free or is it a trial?
Free is free and stays free. Collecting, verifying, publishing and answering reviews are core functions and we never put those behind a paywall. You only pay once you want to automate the work around them.
Why do you need my registration and VAT number?
To check that your company really exists and that the details are correct. Fake shops with invented reviews are the biggest problem of every review platform, and you only keep them out by checking at the front door. Your numbers do not appear on your public page.
Can I switch to a paid plan later?
Yes. Your reviews, your score and your company page stay yours and come along. All you add is your payment details.
How long before I can start?
On working days we usually check your registration within a day. Using an email address on your own domain is the fastest route.
