Three platforms for the same job, with three different agreements underneath. The biggest differences sit in how long your contract runs, what you pay each month, and who is allowed to write about you.
Everything below about Trustpilot and Kiyoh comes from their own public pages, checked on 29 August 2026. The sources are at the bottom. Rates change, so check them before you decide.
With us you pay by the month and you stop by the month. Trustpilot works with twelve month contracts. Kiyoh applies a minimum term of one year and invoices it up front. You notice that difference on the day it disappoints you.
Growth costs 19 euros a month including VAT. Trustpilot starts at 79 euros a month per domain and Kiyoh at 35 euros a month, both excluding VAT. What you see with us is what leaves your account.
On Kiyoh only invited customers write. On Trustpilot anyone may write. We take both and add a label saying how the review arrived. That label carries no weight in your score.

These three are about us. They are here because they can be checked on our side and because they serve the same purpose: a number someone can actually use.
How often you reply appears on your profile once 25 invitations have gone out. Below that a percentage says more about chance than about you, so we leave it off.
Your profile shows how many reviews were removed in twelve months and for what reason. That is there by default; a business can hide the block, and then the reviews stay removed and the reason stays in our log. Moderation nobody can see is a promise, and this is a number.
Every review passes five automated checks. A signal from those never removes a review on its own. What happens exactly is on our page about the review system.
When a business marks a complaint as resolved, we ask the customer whether that is right. Their answer appears on the profile with the denominator. The business cannot fill in that number and we do not top it up.
All businesses, all scores and everything that was removed can be fetched without a key and without an account, at /open-data. Anyone who wants to check whether we do what we promise does not have to ask us.
